A club assembly is the one meeting where the entire membership decides where the club is going: planning the year, reviewing programs and learning together. No motions, no voting on routine business, just the club talking, agreeing and committing. This tutorial covers how assemblies differ from other meetings, the planning and education assemblies, facilitation that keeps every voice in the room, and the follow-up that turns talk into a plan.
