The full membership meets as a body to plan the year, elect officers and approve the big calls. Plan it, run it, record it.

The statutory June or July and January assembly sessions, the governing agenda and the quorum rules come from the Standard Rotaract Club Constitution; the agenda and minutes format follow what Zone 7 clubs and the District 3292 Directory's minute samples use.
