A small team with a monthly rhythm: the board sets direction, owns the budget, approves projects and prepares everything the general meeting will decide. This tutorial covers every seat on the board, the flow of a monthly board meeting, quorum and voting rules, financial discipline, decisions between meetings, and the handover that keeps the club alive year after year.

Based on the Standard Rotaract Club Constitution, the District 3292 Rotaract Guidebook and the recommended club bylaws. Your club's own constitution and bylaws always win when they differ.
