A blood camp is a medical event. Run it like one.

Blood donation is the service event Zone 7 clubs are best known for, and the one with the least room for improvisation. Every camp must be run with a licensed blood bank under national rules, with trained medical staff, screened donors and a documented flow. This tutorial covers the legal and medical basics, partnering with a blood bank, donor eligibility, planning and promotion, the day-of flow, first aid, and the records that make the event repeatable.

Based on the club MOU template, the District 3292 Rotaract Guidebook, national blood transfusion standards and common Zone 7 practice. Always confirm the current rules with your blood bank and local authorities.
