Run a general meeting that works.

Meeting quality is the first thing a visitor notices and the strongest predictor of club health. This tutorial covers the meeting types, the standard order of business, motions and voting, attendance records, minutes and how to host guests so members and visitors both leave wanting more.

Meeting rules and quorum come from the Standard Rotaract Club Constitution and the Recommended Club Bylaws. The sample Agenda Paper and attendance sheet are the formats most Zone 7 clubs use; the minute-recording format follows the District 3292 Directory's general meeting minute sample.
